We are developing an advanced platform that can retrofit to any Agtech vehicle to operate fully autonomously and be used for farming, construction, and general construction. Our product and a suite of sensors, software and learning models will allow tractors of all calibers to operate at a level 5 autonomy, completely unmanned.
About the role :
We're looking for an experienced Sr Perception engineer to help build the stack from an early stage. Building out the ecosystem for tracking, detection, and segmentation for an end-to-end perception stack. You'll have the opportunity to build a stack and see it in action very quickly. We are starting in a narrow field where we previously succeeded and will look for your help in building out the technical road map.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art vision models.
- Help drive our computer vision approach, with particular focus on detection, 6-DOF pose estimation and localization.
- Develop and improve data pipelines, training and validation infrastructure.
- Research and develop state-of-the-art models to improve perception under challenging scenarios
- Integrate, test, and deploy production-ready solutions.
- Integrate and work with multiple sensors
- Collaborate with other teams within the company in a fast-paced environment.
What we look for :
- M.S/Ph.D degree in robotics, vision, computer science (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing perception solutions for robotic systems.
- Extensive experience in object detection, pose estimation, mapping and/or localization.
- Extensive experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or other relevant areas of Artificial Intelligence
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
